Slend

Bover, 2014

I remember that the creative and development process of the Slend was remarkably interesting. The idea came from a sensation. Something like a slime that falls by gravity and acquires random shapes along the way. All this then had to be streamlined, so we did numerous tests and prototypes to choose the most suitable material and technology. We went from the tapered iron tube, ceramic, turned wood, sheet metal, turned nylon, to end up with solid turned aluminum.
