Ondalina

Marset, 2002

As far as I remember, the idea came to me when I saw a sports car in a magazine, I think it was a Ferrari. The photo only showed a shape of the car, emphasizing its silhouette. I thought it was very suggestive, so I traced the shape. This is how I gave life to the Ondalina. Four translucent and sinuous shapes of acrylic slats that prove objects can transcend their mere function and become elements able to arouse sensations and animate (give soul) spaces.
